This class was designed to help "Write Your Personal History So That Others Will Want To Read It". It is set up to think about the audience that will be reading it. Keep it interesting. Make sure your stories are understood. Write it as if you were telling the story to a friend that is right next to you. The challenge for the Genealogical Society members is to spend time over our winter break writing their history and when we meet again in April, share their success in assembling their Personal History. The second challenge is to write your own obituary. This will ensure that the things that you would like to be remembered for will be written by the person who knows you best...YOU.
